“Being able to attract an individual with Paul’s experience and knowledge is the last piece in our management puzzle, as we focus on our vision to become the leading organic salmon farmer in the world,” OSH said in a social media post.

Lynch has most recently worked in the timber industry as a financial controller, and has experience in the construction, aquaculture, and hotel sectors.

“Taking on the head of finance role with Organic Sea Harvest is a return to the aquaculture industry for Paul - having previously held the position of head of finance at Scottish Sea Farms - and we are excited to have his proven experience and expertise as part of the OSH team,” said OSH, which operates two organic salmon farms off the northeast coast of Skye.
