
Aquaculture supplier Brimmond strengthens sales team
Aberdeenshire-based engineering and manufacturing specialist, Brimmond, engineering specialist Brimmond, which provides goods and services for fish farmers and the offshore energy sector, has strengthened its sales team with two new appointments.
Natalie Wright has joined the company as business development manager, bringing over a decade of experience in sales, account management and business development within the energy sector. In her new role, Wright will focus on driving revenue growth and identifying opportunities in both emerging markets and Brimmond’s established energy portfolio.
In addition, Calum Thomson has returned to Brimmond to lead the expansion of the company’s Key Account Programme. Thomson will concentrate on enhancing client relationships and driving growth within Brimmond’s existing key accounts.
New sectors and markets
Brimmond managing director Tom Murdoch said: “As we look to the future, we plan to embrace exciting opportunities in new sectors and markets, including the Middle East. These appointments align with our strategic growth plans, as the company continues to deliver innovative engineering and manufacturing solutions to clients across the energy, marine, and infrastructure sectors.”
Among other things, Brimmond is the UK and Ireland distributor for Heila marine cranes, and has also specified, designed, and constructed its own NetJet net washing pump for aquaculture.
