Salmon Evolution commits to second phase of land-based farm

Land-based fish farmer Salmon Evolution has decided to go ahead with the second phase of its hybrid recirculation/flow-through salmon facility at Indre Harøy, Norway, and has signed an agreement with contractors Artec Aqua and Hent.

Construction is planned to start during the third quarter of 2024.

In parallel, the company is proceeding with the planning and engineering for additional tank space in phase 2, although no final decisions or agreements have yet been entered into for this part of the project.
