Wellboat boss Bradley takes bigger stake in on-land salmon farmer

Glen Bradley, chairman and vice-president of wellboat operator Rostein, has bought a further 100,000 shares in on-land salmon farm developer Salmon Evolution through his wholly owned company Ocean Industries AS.

Bradley, who paid NOK 6.0167 per share, is a Salmon Evolution board member. He now holds 70,000 shares personally and 1.5 million shares through Ocean Industries AS.

Bradley’s employer, Odd Einar Sandøy, whose holding company Rofisk AS owns Rostein, owns almost 13.3m Salmon Evolution shares (4.4%), making him the company’s sixth-largest shareholder.

The largest Salmon Evolution shareholder is Roger Halsebakk, founder and managing director of the world’s biggest wellboat company, Sølvtrans, who owns almost 26.7m shares (8.8%) through his investment company Ronja Capital II AS.
