Tone Hellesvik is the new sales manager for cod farmer Ode.

Sales expert puts her faith in cod

Norwegian cod farmer Ode has appointed Tone Hellesvik, who has more than 30 years of experience in the seafood industry, as sales manager.

Hellesvik, who has expertise in the sales and marketing of whitefish, joins from her previous position as sales director at Nordic Group and has previously served as sales director at companies such as Domstein and Terra Seafood.

As sales manager, Hellesvik will be responsible for further developing the sales of Ode’s farmed cod to the North American and Nordic markets. In addition, she will be the category manager for frozen products and act as the key liaison between the logistics and sales departments, focusing on analysis, optimisation, planning, and transportation.
