Norway's Directorate of Fisheries writes that major damage to a net was discovered during an inspection after a storm.

"The company has deployed recapture nets at the site. The average size of the fish is just over 1 kg. The extent of the escape is not clear," writes the Directorate of Fisheries.

The Directorate of Fisheries further informs that it will follow up the incident with supervision, according to usual procedures.
