Man, 30, stabbed to death in fight at Chilean fish farm
A fish farm worker has died after being stabbed in the chest during an altercation with another worker at a remote site in Chile on Tuesday evening.
Felipe Mancilla Arriagada, 30, was seriously injured and passed away before a helicopter could reach the site to take him to hospital, according to reports.
Luciano Osses Vargas, 36, from the Araucanía region, was been arrested and remains in custody following the tragedy in the Seno Skyring sector of the Río Verde commune, northeast of the city of Punta Arenas in the far south of the country. He was due to appear before a court at noon local time today.
The victim, Arriagada, is understood to have worked for Badinotti Chile.
