
Young's extends its micro range
The new product contains four fish fingers and a portion (100g) of microwavable chips. The fish fingers boast the unique, specially formulated crumb coating of the original Micro Fish Finger, launched in September 2009. The coating and innovative packaging technology prevents moisture from the fish entering the crumb and produces a crispy rather than soggy fish finger after microwaving from frozen for just three minutes.
Targeting the growing convenience and snack market, Micro Fish Fingers and Chips are set to appeal to young adults and families in search of a quick and tasty on-the-go option. Launching in time for the World Cup, the nature of the product will offer football fans the ideal half-time snack to enjoy at home.
