Salmon price hike predicted

More immediately, the export price of HOG Norwegian salmon fell by €0.04/kg in week 40, averaging €4.15 per kilo, according to the latest Fish Pool statistics.

In terms of volume, 18,598 tonnes were exported in week 40, down 316 tonnes compared to week 39, but 1,464 more than in the same week last year.
