Exhibitor numbers boom for inaugural Spanish aquaculture event
An aquaculture trade fair and conference that is to be held in northern Spain next month has closed registration to exhibitors after attracting 150 companies, almost twice the number it originally expected.
OK Eventos, which is organising AquaFuture Spain ’22 at the ABANCA International Fair of Galicia, near Santiago de Compostela from March 23-25, has had to extend the exhibition space four times.
As well as the ExpoFuture trade fair, which has attracted exhibitors from 24 countries, AquaFuture Spain will feature six round-table discussions that will be held in the venue’s conference room and will be broadcast via streaming.
There will also be more 20 presentations in the ABANCA room, and eight culinary sessions featuring aquaculture products.
Organisers of AquaFuture Spain ’22 say it is the first such aquaculture event to held in Spain since 2010.
