The Wheatsheaf Group is part of Grosvenor Estate owned by Britain’s richest landowner, Hugh Grosvenor, Duke of Westminster, and his family.

The Group directly operates, invests in and helps to develop businesses in the food and agriculture sectors. Other investments include aquaculture health, genetics and nutrition business Benchmark Holdings, and Canadian-headquartered black soldier fly farmer Enterra, which produces insect-based protein for aquaculture feed and pet food.

Wheatsheaf either owns or has investments in 21 companies.

AKVA group said today that it will assess a board member replacement for James at a later stage.
